Middle management can be an exciting opportunity for practitioners but can also be a difficult position to be in. You can spend your days juggling your own workload while meeting the needs of the team, the aims of the setting and being the driving force on the ground.
Are you a Deputy Manager or Room Leader? This workshop will inspire you in your current role and support you to lead others in your team.
We will also explore the challenges for a middle manager that has been promoted from within the staff team and consider ways that the old team may need to think and behave differently.
